1. High Signal Transmission Ability
The operation of the robot is mainly based on the instructions given by the computer, but the way the computer signal is transmitted to the driver of the machine mainly depends on the cable. If the quality of the cable is good, then the signal transmission time is short and very accurate, but if the quality of the cable is not good, it will inevitably affect the signal transmission, and it will not be able to make the robot work stably and follow the relevant instructions.
2.Good wear resistance
Good wear resistance is a requirement that the robot cable must comply with, because prolonged cable movement will cause damage to the rod wire. If the wear resistance of the cable is not good, it would affect the inner rod wire transmission. As a consequence, the control actuator cannot be used normally, and it will also cause safety risks. Therefore, the industrial robot cable must be stable and have good wear resistance.
3. Excellent bending resistance
The bending resistance of the industrial robot cables should be higher, and only a wire rope with a long service life can save resources and improve working efficiency. If a robot cable can meet the above three requirements, then the cable is suitable for robot use. However, if the cable does not meet the above requirements, it should not meet the needs of the robots. If you use bottom cables, it will not only affect the use of the robot, but it will also cause damage to the robot and will not be able to play its role.
